Withdrawal policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the food products you purchase from Awesome Food Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a simple and flexible withdrawal policy:
- Deadline : You have a legal period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.
- Back : Direct costs related to returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product delivered does not correspond to the product ordered or if it is damaged or defective.
- Refund : Once the returned items have been received and inspected by our services, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the returned items within a maximum period of 14 days following written notification (email) by the customer.
Important notices
Please note that certain types of food products cannot be returned for health or hygienic reasons if their packaging has been opened after delivery. The affected products are clearly indicated on their respective description pages.
