  • Termination before the end of the first month: no fees are applied if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchasing it. However, you must give 7 days’ notice.
  • Termination after the first month and before the end of the initial contract (12 months): in this case, fees equivalent to three monthly payments will be withheld from the pro rata temporis reimbursement of the remaining balance.
  • Termination after the initial contract (12 months): There is no charge if you end your subscription after the initial period, but you must give two months’ notice to avoid any additional charges.

For these two specific situations, Keep Cool can accept termination without charge under certain conditions:

  • Medical reasons: you must provide a medical certificate attesting that you can no longer practice physical activity indoors for a period of more than three months.
  • Moving : you must provide proof of your move (for example, with a change of address certificate) and that there is no Keep Cool room within a 30 km radius of your new home.
